    Cameo DVC - 512-Channel USB to DMX Interface and Control Software Package

    DMX-compatible light units can be conveniently operated via PC and Mac with the Cameo DVC Interface and associated Cameo software powered by Daslight. Used in live mode, the plug-and-play interface provides 512 DMX channels. When used in standalone mode without a computer it offers 256 channels and programmed lightshows can be copied to the integrated Flash memory. The interface features a mini USB port for input, a 3-channel DMX output and is supplied with power via a computer’s USB output. Three buttons facilitate programme selection and dimming in standalone mode. This requires a standard retail 5 V USB power adapter.

    The free Cameo software package contains over 15,000 device libraries and a ScanLibrary editor for creating and editing your own device profiles. Individual DMX devices can be selected, placed in groups and added to a 2D view of the lightshow. Dynamic scenes can be created, arranged and placed over each other. The palette feature facilitates light control without fader movements, and the XEEL engine creates hundreds of wide-ranging, exciting effects.

    The software includes a comprehensive toolbox for live editing, an audio analyser, a MIDI clock for synchronising light and music speed, and 3D visualisation of the programmed lightshow in real time. The screen layout is fully customisable to individual needs and the free Easy Remote app facilitates remote control by iPhone, iPad and Android devices via Wi-Fi.

    The Palmer TINO SYSTEM - The clever solution for switching two amps to 1 cabinet

    Ambitious guitarists often use two amplifiers in order to obtain different basic sounds. However, transport, space restrictions and the decrease in output associated with PA speakers can be very inconvenient. This is where TINO S promises to help. The switcher system allows you to use two amplifiers with only one box as an alternative. Regardless of whether you use tube amplifiers that require getting a load, or transistor models. Even a mixed combination is possible without any problems.

    The switch-over between the amplifiers can be operated via a pressure switch on the device or via an optional standard foot switch or switching system. If the switch cannot be done with a switching system, a standard foot switch can be connected to the corresponding 6.3 mm jack. (Requires a switch, not push-buttons!)

    TINOS routes the guitar signal to the chosen amplifier, while the second unused amplifier is turned off to prevent unwanted interference. (As if the potentiometer on the guitar was switched off). The gain from the instrument input to output is one (Unity Gain). The built-in buffer only converts the impedance, so that a high-impedance guitar becomes less prone to interference. When the guitar signal is switched, the speaker is switched simultaneously, while the speaker output from the mute amplifier is connected to a load (Dummy Load). Therefore, tube amplifiers are absolutely safe from dangerous idling.

    If you connect two amplifiers with one another, a heavy buzzing sound often overlays the guitar signal. This undesirable effect is known as ground loop and occurs between mains-operated devices because of double grounding. The TWO IN ONE prevents this from happening by decoupling the outputs to the amplifiers using high-quality isolating repeaters. A sliding switch-over between the amplifiers also ensures that the process occurs click-free and without interruption. The power supply is provided via the supplied 9V power adapter.

    Palmer EINS - Amazingly versatile!

    Small 1-5W amps have become very popular in recent years. They are fun items but some seem more like toys than real amplifiers. Palmers approach with the EINS was to design a serious true tube amplifier for professional purposes. The speaker simulated output allows you to connect the output of the amp directly to your audio interface. Thanks to the integrated loadbox a speaker does not need to be connected. Thanks to the unique “HiZ output” you can connect the output of the EINS directly to the input of any amplifier! This way the EINS can be power boosted or used as a preamp or even on your pedalboard.

    The Palmer EINS comes with an ECC83 preamp tube (V1) and an ECC82 (V2) power stage tube as standard. Other tube configurations are possible as follows.

    • 1: V1:ECC83 - V2:ECC83: Quieter, distorts much faster, a little more gain, lead sound.
    • 2: V1:ECC83 - V2:ECC81: Louder than Variation "1", quieter than the standard configuration, more gain, distorts a little more quickly.
    • 3: V1:ECC81 - V2:ECC82: Stays clean a little longer, a little more headroom, darker distortion sound.
    • 4: V1:ECC81 - V2:ECC83: The quietest configuration, distortion sets in a little later than with Variation "1", distortion can be controlled very precisely.
