DAS Altea-718

The ALTEA-718 is a powerful subwoofer system designed to provide ample bass response for ALTEA wide-range systems. At the heart of the system is an 18FW DAS woofer. This speaker incorporates a high efficiency FEM analysis design and a 3 ″ long excursion voice coil. Cooling of the 18FW is ensured through a vented fleece and abundant openings in the speaker's back plate, maintaining low-power compression and providing optimum acoustic response over long periods. The compact birch plywood cabinet is protected with a tough ISO-flex finish for durability in portable systems.
